Golden manning coffee beans the difference between the characteristics of the manor around Lake toba and the Blue Mountain
Golden Manning
Mantning's leaping micro-acid is mixed with the richest aroma, allowing you to easily taste the lively factor in the mild fragrance, and its outstanding taste confuses many suitors. In the 17th century, the Dutch first introduced Arabica saplings to Ceylon (present-day Sri Lanka) and Indonesia. In 1877, a large-scale disaster hit the Indonesian islands. Coffee rust destroyed almost all coffee trees. People had to abandon Arabica, which had been in operation for many years. Robusta coffee trees with strong disease resistance were introduced from Africa. Indonesia today is a big coffee producer. Coffee is mainly produced in Java, Sumatra and Sulawi, with Robusta accounting for 90% of the total production. Sumatra Manning is a rare Arabica species. Planted on hillsides between 750m and 1500 m above sea level, the mysterious and unique Sumatran species give Mantenin coffee a rich aroma, rich taste, strong flavor, slightly chocolate and syrup flavor.
It is very interesting that although Indonesia produces the most mellow coffee in the world, Indonesians prefer Turkish-style coffee.
Mantenin origin
Manning Coffee is produced in Sumatra, Indonesia, Asia, also known as "Sumatran Coffee". The main producing areas are Java, Sulawesi and Sumatra, 90% of which are Robusta species. Among them, the "Mantelin" produced in Sumatra is the most famous. The best of the exquisite traditional Arabica coffee produced in northern Sumatra of Sumatra is sold as Lindong Lintong and Manning Mandheling. To be exact, Lindong Lintong refers to coffee growing in a small area in the southwest of Lake Toba in Lindong District. The small coffee growing area is scattered on a high and wavy clay plateau full of fern covers. Lintong Lindong Coffee is grown without shade, does not use chemicals, and is almost entirely owned by small private owners. Mandheling Manning is a broader term that includes Lintong Lindong Coffee and similar conditions in the Diari [capital Sidikalang], the northern growing area of Lake Toba.
The Mantenin producing area is in the south of Sumatra. But in the early days, they would transfer the harvested raw coffee beans to Medan and then export them. So, like mocha, Sumatran coffee has been synonymous with manning coffee for quite a long time. However, with the gradual popularity of the third wave of boutique coffee, gayo in northern Sumatra, that is, Aceh province, central toba, and SP bolon producing areas have their own characteristics, so officials now refer to Mantenin in southern Sumatra. Of course, as has been said in the past, Manning, representing Sumatra, is not completely wrong. But together with Java, Sulawesi, Indonesia, it is indeed a common sense mistake.
The uncomfortable gloom and yam smell of Mansi beans are not found in it at all, and the initial fruity and sweetness of the second explosion is as sweet and sour as Hawthorn. This acid is different from the lively brewing in Kenya. It is a stuffy acid, as rough and delicious as a wild fruit just picked from the mountain. There is no acid at all. This small golden man is semi-washed, which not only retains the sweet stickiness of sun beans, but also combines the cleanliness of washing, which is complex and rich in taste that water-washed beans do not have. [special] Asian region of Indonesia Sumatra Lindong Gold Manning, is a lot of strong coffee love beans, a mouthful of honey-like sweetness, with soft bitterness! . Produced bursts of sweet aroma and throat rhyme, Mantenin's top producing areas are Lin Dong and TOBA volcanic Lake, bursts of throat rhyme rich fragrance, thick texture, taste cohesion, smooth and refreshing, this bean has a good sweet and sweet characteristics
