Arabica has two native species: iron pickup Typica| Bourbon, with genetic mutations: Kenya SL28, SL34| Geisha, Arabica intraspecific hybrids (such as the popular Pakamara), Arabica and Robusta hybrids, etc., are all listed and can't be remembered. It's better to practice and popularize them slowly in the future. In short, iron pickup and bourbon have excellent derivatives, such as Blue Mountain, Mantenin, etc. are derivatives of iron pickup, and Bourbon produced in El Salvador in Central America often gets high marks in COE selection. Geisha is a bit special. It is a wild Ethiopian variety. It has remained wild for 50 years before it reached Central America. Its special mocha fragrance and tea taste are liked by some people and disliked by others, but it is really special.
It must be corrected that coffee bean quality has nothing to do with its particle size. Colombia has some coffee beans that are big and beautiful but sour, Yerga Shefi and Geisha are smaller but have a lot of flavor.
