The taste of Indonesian Mantenin boutique coffee beans with aromas of flowers and spices
Some friends who opened a coffee shop a few years ago said that "golden manning" is an old manning. When it comes to Golden PWN, the acronym is often mixed with the name of Manning Coffee, which is actually a company's acronym Pwani Coffee Company. This company is a very famous local coffee acquisition company in Indonesia, mainly buying Mantenin Coffee. It has acquired almost all the best producing areas in Indonesia, so most of the beans produced by PWN are unique boutiques. Gold Mantning is the product produced by this company. After the acquisition of raw beans, the beans are selected by hand to select the full and flawless beans. Finally, these beans can be divided into Golden Manning as if they had gone through the draft.
Thick but not heavy taste and rich and rich flavor, reflecting the soft sour taste, no passion only lingering, is considered by many people to be one of the most romantic coffee in the world.
Pawani coffee beans are made with a rather unique semi-dry treatment. First, remove the outer skin of the coffee fruit, and take out the pulp of the noodles, leaving the coffee seeds to dry with the coated glue, endocarp and Silverskin, then peel off the dried glue and endocarp, and finally select and pack the bags.
Some people say that if there is a highway to Coffee Paradise, it should be paved with Pawani coffee beans.
Due to the drying process, coffee seeds have been in contact with the pulp for a long time, so they can retain their natural flavor. It has aromas of fruit and malt; after brewing, it exudes aromas of flowers and spices, soil and chocolate; on the palate, it can reach round and rich flavors (or layers), syrup-like taste, soft acidity, and almost no bitterness and sweetness, and a long Aftertaste or Finish after drinking.
