One of the issues that everyone is most concerned about is the problem of bean seed! There are five kinds of coffee trees on the earth, of which only two are most common on the market, Robusta and Arabica. It is the professional ethics that every businessman should abide by to truly mark the bean seed on the sale package. But in front of interests, some businesses choose not to comply; in front of pretending to force, some buyers choose not to care.
Arabica coffee beans, known as Arabica in foreign languages, come from the Italian word arabico, meaning: Arab; Arab.

Robusta beans lack aroma, taste single, bitter and mediocre, caffeine content is relatively high, bean shape tends to be round, one side of the midline is full and slightly raised, the midline is relatively straight. The tree species can grow at lower altitude, has low requirements for environmental conditions, does not need a lot of artificial care, has strong self-immunity, high resistance to diseases and insect pests, and low market price, so it is generally only used as the raw material for the production of industrial instant regenerated coffee.
Hope that businesses seek truth from facts, is a moral appeal; hope that buyers open their eyes, is to distinguish between right and wrong, and how to correctly pretend to force the social atmosphere and life mentality. Just like calling on Chinese people to have the courage to tell the truth in other things, although it does not seem to have any significant effect, as a person with high face, he should not be too small to be good.
In fact, the two kinds of coffee beans have their own characteristics, one is rich and colorful, fragrant, but expensive; the other is dull and frustrating, forbidden to resist life, and the price is low. Even if it is used to make traditional coffee or even espresso, there is nothing wrong with it. Some people are not sensitive to fragrance, just want to drink bitter taste, in order to eat a lot of caffeine refreshing, do not want to spend more money, then Robota beans is very suitable. But there is no reason to let others pay Arabica's price and be tricked into spending more. Some people like to use the self-media trends consumed in cafes to show their self-worth and build the values of similar people, then you should spend your money clearly and refuse to be ripped off and cheated.
Of course, to encourage people to care about this, to distinguish between beans, the most important thing is to let normal and kind-hearted coffee lovers, with a reasonable price, buy the desired good coffee. In addition to the shape of the two kinds of beans described earlier, the price is also a good standard to distinguish. The purchase price of Robusta raw beans is 60% to 1/10 of the price of Arabica raw beans. So not all the expensive ones are Adou, but the cheap ones can't be Adou. Before buying a kind of coffee beans from a place of origin, do more comparison as much as possible, it is easy to understand the average price of the market, obviously lower than the average price is too much, it must not be real Adou. In China, coffee cooked beans are daily consumables with a short shelf life, and merchants do not bake large quantities of cooked beans for sale without an order, so there is no reason to lose money.
