Step 1
Weigh 20-22 grams of coffee beans and grind them to fine particles suitable for brewing espresso.

Add freshly boiled hot water to the base of the mocha pot.

Pour the coffee powder into the filter cup and shake gently to distribute the coffee powder evenly.

After the coffee powder is poured, smooth the coffee powder by drawing a circle clockwise with your index finger. You can imagine that the finger is the hand of the clock, moving from 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock, from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock, and so on.
Step 6
Tighten the top of the mocha pot and be careful that the base filled with hot water will be very hot.

Turn on the medium heat and put the mocha pot on the gas stove.
Step 8
When the hot water on the base of the mocha pot is close to boiling, pressure will be generated to slowly push the coffee filtrate into the pot. If the coffee goes up very slowly, you can increase the fire; if the coffee explodes up, the water temperature on the base is too high.
The handle of the mocha pot may be very hot, so be careful when pouring coffee.
