Cup test report:
The Louise family, which has been engaged in the coffee business for nearly a century, has always grown the best coffee in Panama. It is now run by Maria (sister) and Plinio Louise (brother, president of the Panama Association in 2014).
The Louise Manor was the first manor I visited in Panama last year. The "large" scale was my first impression of the Louise Manor, especially their super-large coffee processing plant with a lot of advanced equipment. therefore, some famous estates in Panama will also ask Louise Manor to help with the latter stage of coffee processing.
From the commanding heights of the manor, you can see the Caribbean. Every afternoon, when the sea breeze blows, it forms a subtle micro-climate, coupled with fertile volcanic soil, which makes the coffee fruit sweet and varied.
In fact, the coffee grown in most Central and South American countries is organic, for the simple reason that pesticides are too expensive-most of the extra money for certification is for marketing, so Sweet House will still take flavor quality as its first choice when purchasing coffee, and organic certification is regarded as an addition.
But then again, the quality of this coffee is really not covered, the ground dry aroma is meticulous strawberry, honey plum, light floral aroma, cream. After adding hot water, the aroma of blueberry explodes, black molasses, citrus.
The performance in the cup is mouth-watering, full-bodied strawberry milk flavor, sweet honey biscuits, with middle and back thick sugar sweet, can only be said to enjoy ah! --
Cup test score: 89.75
Panama Casaroise Organic Solar-20160130
