Cup test report:

This coffee is a fine trace batch of coffee from the Bella Vista estate in St. Augustine, which is about 54 hectares and has 12 locations specializing in growing coffee, using mixed cultivation of land Bika, Bourbon and Kaduai. The traditional washing treatment is used.

Colombian coffee and other Latin American coffee have very different flavor trends, and the biggest difference is that body has a very strong oil texture and low acidity, but the high-quality Colombian coffee is really first-class.

Dry aroma is wild honey and spice. The wet aroma after adding hot water is caramel, honey, apple, candy.

The performance of the cup has a very amazing sweetness, is strong but very meticulous, just in the soft cream chocolate-grapes, more mature fruit belongs to the darker tone, very charming, it is a pity to miss! --

Cup test score: 88.5
