Cup test report:
West Baru Manor is located in the volcanic Baru Valley, at an altitude of 1307 meters. It's near the famous Emerald Manor.
Fifty years ago, Andres Palma started his own business and different varieties of Arabica grown in the Jaramillo Cent,Boquete region.
Today, the 50,000-meter coffee farm is produced and managed by his son Samuel Palma and his grandson Juan EliasPalma Velarde. This is a very high-quality Dibica coffee with a very strong fruit aroma.
As soon as the beans are ground, you can smell them all the way away-- the taste of comprehensive fruit. The wet aroma after adding hot water is the taste of fruit, with vanilla.
The performance in the cup is very sweet-with the sweetness of black tea concentrated juice! Mango and other tropical fruit flavors will appear when the temperature drops, the taste is full, the aftertaste of tea and honey, quite special! -- an outstanding type of coffee! --
Cup test score: 89.25
