This is a lim coffee under the ECX system, and we've talked about the ECX system before. Basically, under this system, we don't know where the coffee came from, and we can't trace it back, which is quite a nerve-racking thing, but on the plus side, it's easy to get a large number of samples from different regions, and we can pick out what we like from a large number of samples.
The dry aroma has aromas of honey and orange spices, with a light, firm sweetness. When hot water is added, it shows aromas of brown sugar, citrus, peach and cream.
