Cup test record:

Description: Finca Santa Teresa, located in the high mountains of Volcan 1400, is one of the best coffee producing areas in Panama, such as Roberto Brenes, the champion of Geisha group in last year's Bop competition, the world-famous Carmen Manor, 90 +, etc., are all located in this area. When I was invited to be the best coffee competition in Panama in May this year, I also made a special visit to this area. It was about a two-hour drive from the town of Bockett to Volcan, and the natural scenery along the way was very charming.

To know the differences in coffee quality and flavor, in addition to altitude, soil concessions, varieties, etc., one of the most important key factors is the "microclimate", and Santa Teresa Manor is located right next to the Baru Volcano volcano, which is 3700 meters above sea level, so the climate is very strange and changeable, no wonder it is changeable and layered.

The landowner is also our good friend Toby, an Australian who is a legend. In addition to having his own coffee farm and coffee school, he has his own cafes in Australia, Singapore, New York and Korea, so the landowner knows very well what kind of coffee consumers want.

First of all, the ground dry aroma is an amazing and strong aroma of citrus and lemon flowers. In particular, unlike the "light and elegant" aroma of Berkett, the soil in the volcanic area of Santa Teresa Manor gives birth to a rich smell similar to "lilies". This intensity completely erupts after the injection of hot water.

The performance in the cup is as if you are in a sea of flowers with a bumper harvest in autumn. It reminds me of a visit to Bamboo Lake, where the charming aroma of the whole piece of sea taro combines the usual pleasant floral aroma of Geisha, with an incredible honey taste. After the entrance, it blooms evenly and meticulously on the tip of the tongue. As the temperature gradually drops, it turns into a special flavor of orange peel. Can only say, the trip to Panama, sweet boss I found one treasure after another! "
