Description:
Santa Teresa Manor (Finca Santa Teresa), located in the high mountains of Volcan 1400Murtel 1800, is one of the best coffee producing areas in Panama, such as last year's Bop competition Geisha group champion Roberto Brenes, the world-famous Carmen Manor, 90 +, etc., are all located in this area. When I was invited to be the best coffee competition in Panama in May this year, I also made a special visit to this area. It was about a two-hour drive from the town of Bockett to Volcan, and the natural scenery along the way was very charming.
To know the differences in coffee quality and flavor, in addition to altitude, soil concessions, varieties, etc., one of the most important key factors is the "microclimate", and Santa Teresa Manor is located right next to the Baru Volcano volcano, which is 3700 meters above sea level, so the climate is very strange and changeable, no wonder it is changeable and layered.
The landowner is also our good friend Toby, an Australian who is a legend. In addition to having his own coffee farm and coffee school, he has his own cafes in Australia, Singapore, New York and Korea, so the landowner knows very well what kind of coffee consumers want. Compared with the traditional Central American sun, this coffee is much softer, ground dry aroma is mild and delicate, strawberry biscuits, raisins. After adding hot water to the wet aroma, elegant, fresh, pineapple, tropical fruit flavor, the cup shows a very obvious candy sweet, very pleasing, sweet-strawberry, citrus, pineapple, light wine aroma, clean taste, shows that this is a high-grade sun-cured coffee! -- "
Cup test report score Total Score 90.75
