The history of Custepec Manor can be traced back to 1911 and is owned by the Pohlenz family. The farm ranges from 1100 meters to 1400 meters in the mountains. All coffee trees are planted in the forest with good shade. Compared with the coffee grown in the vast hinterland, the fruit is fuller, the growth is slower, the texture is hard, and the composition of organic acids is complex.

The dry aroma when baked to City+ is drupe vanilla. Wet aroma with cedar and chocolate. The cup shows mild sweetness, with the sweetness of drupe caramel, body is mild but with pleasant charm--
