* Product description
Active volcanic activity brings mineral-rich volcanic ash to the country, and the soil dominated by volcanic ash contains more minerals, so farmers in the country will use the pulp residue of treated coffee beans or organic matter under coffee trees as fertilizer to make the planting of coffee trees more able to produce organic coffee beans with harmonious taste.
Everest is located in the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain region of Juayua province, a famous coffee producing area in western El Salvador. The geology belongs to sandy soil and volcanic soil. The warm and humid microclimate with an average annual temperature of 15 degrees Celsius and an average rainfall of more than 2000 mm is the best producing area for coffee grown in El Salvador. The coffee beans produced are traditional bourbon tree species with sweet taste and excellent flavor.
