This batch of sun beans is a selection of Camominas cooperative works, won the 2015 Zhuoyue Cup sun group runner-up, as Brazil's high-altitude sun beans harvest time is quite late, the competition was completed in early 2016, after shelling and shipping, coupled with the low-temperature ripening plan, coffee just hit the shelves today, a very sweet competition winning beans!
Pereira Sister Manor, known as Fazenda Irm ã s Pereira in Portuguese, is run by affectionate sisters Maria Valeria and Costa Pereira. Their parents bought 90acres farmland in the 1970s and began to grow coffee. They assisted their parents in the coffee farm from an early age and acquired planting and processing skills. After their father died, the sisters did not divide the estate according to custom. They decided to inherit the estate together and named it La Pere Sister Manor. Even after the couple got married, the gentlemen also joined the ranks of the manor management, claiming high quality and excellent quality to start this sister brand.
Now, with its innovative processing technology, it has won the runner-up of the Solar Group, which is well deserved!

Pereira Sister Manor planted the beans artificially, screened the beans on the farm for the first time, transported the fruit back to the manor directly under the processing plant, and first placed it directly in the cold spring water for 15 hours, allowing her to do the first stage of slow development after harvest. In the morning of 15 hours, the coffee fruit was picked out and placed directly in the African scaffolding and dried in a thin layer with low density. This process takes 14 days. After 14 days, check the dryness of the fruit and store it in the warehouse.
