Shangri-La Manor (La Candelilla Estate) has a total of nine small-scale farmers, the batch of coffee from the farmer Ricardo Hernandez, coffee varieties are Caturra 70%, Catuai 17% and Typica 3%, processed and dried by honey treatment. Ricardo has been engaged in coffee cultivation for 26 years, and its washing and tanning micro-processing plant has been certified by Starbucks Cafe Practices.
