Most of the coffee trees in San Tuareo Manor are planted on the slopes of volcanoes, absorbing the essence of volcanic ash soil. Therefore, in addition to the high-quality growth environment of coffee beans, this area is also the cradle of coffee beans.
The manor divides the planting into 266 small blocks, and uses scientific analysis methods to study the soil properties and climatic conditions of each block, and implements the most accurate quality management. Through the strict control of every link in the process of raw bean processing, the San Tuareo Manor sends the boutique coffee beans to every customer. The main reason for our cooperation with them is that the owner Camilo's preciseness and attentiveness to each step.
In May 2012, Mr. Camilo, the owner of the Chateau Saint-Tuareo, sent us all the samples for this year. After cup testing, we were very impressed by the rich flavor and sweet finish of the season, especially the coffee bean "Sophia" named after the farmer's daughter.
San Tuareo Manor Sophia
Cup test data: the coffee named after the manor owner's daughter uses the most selected raw beans in the process, and its high sweetness is impressive, like the illusion of drinking fruit juice, very obvious peach and fruit flavor, moderate mellowness, and very good cleanliness.
