◆ Coffee Story:
Dr. Yang Ziqing was originally a pediatrician. After 15 years of practicing medicine, he fell in love with this coffee farm, so he returned to Taiwan and cooperated with his uncle to buy a coffee farm in Nicaragua. The 120-hectare coffee farm, located on a mountain at an altitude of 1200 meters, coupled with the fertile volcanic soil in Nicaragua, has provided a very good environment for coffee trees to grow.
Anjing Manor continues the traditional planting techniques of shade planting and hand-picking beans, and also combines biotechnology and technology to improve coffee planting and processing procedures, reducing the use of pesticides on the one hand and improving the quality of coffee on the other. In order to produce better quality coffee beans, Anjing Manor is also constantly trying to grow various varieties of coffee.
