On the last day of April, I went north to make a pilgrimage to COFFEE LOVER'S PLANET. I bought the bean "Jaguar" The Rios Jaguar Reserve from Treslios, Costa Rica, and took it home to taste it.
COFFEE LOVER's PLANET sells coffee beans in small packages. A 100-gigabyte pack of Jaguar coffee beans like this costs NT $270, which is not very cheap. However, small packaging has the advantages of small packaging, because the number of good beans produced by each estate is very limited: in addition, in order to let customers drink the flavor of coffee fresh and want to finish it in a short time, UCC abandoned half a pound of coffee beans and sold them in small packages instead. As soon as you open the UCC Costa Rican "Jaguar", each coffee bean looks complete and full, emitting a strong coffee aroma, really very fragrant.
"Jaguar", a coffee bean from Central America and Costa Rica, grows at a high altitude of about 1300 meters. The coffee treated with honey is said to taste fruity and honey, but I am looking forward to the charming flavor of red wine or dark chocolate.

The so-called "honey treatment" of coffee means that after the thick peel of the coffee cherry is removed, the sticky pulp layer below it is retained, followed by direct sun treatment, and then the sticky layer and shell are removed directly after the pulp is dried.
