Vera Saatchi (Villa Sarchi)

First found in Costa Rica coffee producing areas in the 1960s, from the ancient bourbon (Bourbon) natural mutant; Villa Sarchi tree shape and leaf shape similar to Caturra and Pacas, but the leaves are luxuriant, wind resistance is better, and the ripening period of coffee cherries is more consistent, suitable for planting in high altitude, temperature difference and strong wind from time to time; high altitude Villa Sarchi, with strong fruit tonality, soft acidity and special sweetness.
