Mima Estate is located in Costa Rica's central valley producing area, Boaz Volcano At the foot of Poas Volcano, there are 7 different coffee tree varieties in the garden, including Bourbon and Red Cardoba. Red Catuai, Yellow Catuai Yellow Catuai, Venecia, Vera Sacchi Villa Sarchi, Vera Rob Villalobos, Geisha, and produce only honey-treated and sun-treated coffee; The estate covers an area of about 100 hectares, of which 45 hectares are coffee growing areas, and rich native forests provide good shade for coffee trees, another 35 hectares are wild forest reserves, and the rest of the land is mainly planted with sugar cane. The excellent environment and nutritious volcanic soil make the farm maintain a diverse ecosystem, and many different birds and wildlife inhabit the estate.

The estate's processing equipment is built in the sugar cane factory in the center of the farm. Due to the complete use of honey treatment and sun treatment, both treatments require a lot of labor and post-processing time compared to traditional washing treatment. Each pound of green coffee beans in the green plant can also save 3 gallons of clean water, which also reflects Mima Manor's insistence on quality rather than weight. All energy in the farm comes from its own hydropower facilities, 100% renewable energy, which can supply power to the equipment of the treatment plant and the workers living on the farm.
