Single coffee brewing method (1 cup)

1. 4. Take a wet cloth soaked in tap water to wring dry, wrap the next pot with cloth, and then filter all the coffee from the upper pot to the next pot, which is a cup of hot coffee.

Individual coffee is the most direct way to taste the original flavor and hierarchy of a kind of beans.

What is the success of cooking? If there is a bitter and astringent taste when drinking, it means that it is overcooked, it tastes like coffee water or the taste is too light, it means that the cooking time is not enough or the action is not accurate; when you taste it, you feel the pleasant and bright aroma of coffee, and even get the unique sour aroma of coffee fruit. after drinking, if you smell a very light but similar to soy sauce aroma at the bottom of the cup, it will be a success.
