La Flor del Cafe means "Coffee Flower". This high-altitude Huasen coffee from the heart of the volcanic area of Antigua is bathed in Antigua's unique micro-geography and climate. The famous Raminita Manor provides professional and rigorous planting technology to show the bright and clean posture of Huasheng Coffee. The unique floral aroma combined with the supple and fresh citrus flavor makes the fragrance of flowers and fruits intertwined with full personality but perfect harmony, similar to the smoky taste in the afterrhyme of red wine, laying out the elegant and meticulous style of Huasen coffee-satin.

Hua Shen comes from the high altitude area of Guatemala-Antigua volcanic area in Central America. Antigua is a representative and the most famous coffee producing area in the country. Floral aroma, with full fruit sweetness, sipping on the palate, showing the sweetness of citrus and mulberry fruit tea, similar to the aftertaste of red wine. Unique smoke and bright acid are the best in Antigua coffee. Guatemala has a unique climate, located in tropical rain forests, volcanic geology and high elevations of 1500 to 1700 meters. Antigua belongs to volcanic geology, and coffee beans are grown in high-density shade trees. the fertile soil breeds coffee with extremely uniform sweet, sour and bitter flavor. The Antigua Valley in Guatemala is surrounded by Agua and Fuego and Acatenango volcanoes. Carmona Manor is located on the southern slope of the Agua volcano and is geologically a well-drained and fertile volcanic soil. Annual rainfall 1800mm to 2300mm, hot during the day and cool and dry at night, large temperature difference between day and night, has an ideal micro-climate environment for the production of fine coffee. The estate is planted with bourbon, iron pickup, Kaddura varieties of coffee, coffee grows in the shade of Gravilea trees, so that the plants can receive the right amount of sunlight. The Zelaya family, the owner of the estate, has been famous for producing high-quality Guatemalan coffee for four centuries. Bella Carmona is its brand and has received many awards since it won the first prize at the Guatemala National Fair in 1935.

With the combination of volcanic soil, balanced rainfall and sunlight, and traditional agricultural methods, the coffee produced has rich flavor, thick texture, clean acidity and a good sense of balance.

Due to Guatemala's unique volcanic topography and high altitude, the topographic and soil environment there has created a unique flavor of coffee beans. Antigua is the most famous of the eight major producing areas in Guatemala, surrounded by three volcanoes. Its unique volcanic soil shade planting, so that Antigua coffee beans have a unique and detailed smoky flavor. Produced by well-known processing plants in Antigua and technical guidance, from the selection of raw beans to strict management and control, it also has quite excellent and stable quality. In addition, the fact that Guatemala retains more traditional Typica (iron pickup) and Bourbon (bourbon) Arabica coffee trees than many other Latin American coffee-producing countries contributes to the flavor of Guatemala Antigua coffee.

Its flavor from the sense of smell full fragrance, flowers, sweet smell, to the mouth after the mouth smooth balance, although slightly sour, but people like that bright taste very much.
