The extraordinary thing about the espresso system is that the pressurized hot water quickly touches each coffee particle and extracts the good ingredients into the cup. Another advantage of the espresso system is freshness. Each cup of coffee is made on site in front of guests and ready to drink; in most cases, the beans are freshly ground. Other coffee extraction methods often use pre-ground coffee powder, and the coffee is placed in a large coffee pot somewhere to wait for guests to drink, and the aroma and flavor of the coffee are lost.
