What is the flavor of Burundian coffee? What is the flavor trend of the cup test? What is the planting environment?

Burundi) is a small and beautiful landlocked country, located at the intersection of Central Africa and East Africa is the divide between Africa's great Nile and Congo River. in Burundi, you can enjoy the magnificent Lake Tanganyika, which forms its natural border with Congo and Tanzania. it is full of mountains and dramatic changes in elevation. the lowest elevation of the country is more than 700 meters (772m). It is located in Lake Tanganyika. The highest point, 2670 m, is located in the Heha Mountains. The changeable terrain and the high altitude of coffee cultivation have formed the characteristics of outstanding aroma and complex and changeable flavor. Most of the coffee grown in Burundi is Arabica and most of them are bourbon species. In terms of flavor, they belong to the type with rising aroma, sweetness and excellent acidity. The main coffee producing areas include reference areas, namely Mumirwa and Buyenzi.

This batch of Burundians come from the Mumirwa area, with an altitude of more than 1500 meters. The aroma is full of flowers and tea. It not only has the typical rich aroma of East Africa, but also shows a complex and changeable taste and spice in the sipping flavor. Body's greasy feeling is very slippery, and the aroma of the nose and the aftertaste after sipping still last for a long time! Burundi
