The Fraijanes volcano in Fahannes is very high above sea level and the soil is rich in pumice. The Farrakhan Plain is still an active volcano, so the coffee in this area is similar to that of Antigua. However, Rain Water's abundance, high and varied humidity, and large temperature difference give the Farrakhan Nice Plain a very different flavor. Saint guava Manor was founded in 1905, but it was not until 1985 that coffee was grown. The fourth-generation Juan de la Cerda Colom and his son Juan Diego are now in charge of the estate, and one of the reasons why the coffee is so special is that the native trees are shade trees for coffee because of the natural biodiversity of the place. The second reason is that the whole coffee production process is strictly controlled, and there is a consistent process from planting and management to harvesting and post-processing. The manor uses an efficient ecological treatment plant to remove the peel of coffee fruit in a dry way. After using the circulating water system to start the coffee treatment, clean the coffee fruit with clean water and then remove the residue. The Pacamara variety originated in El Salvador and was formed by the combination of Maragogype and Pacas. Pacas is a Bourbon system, similar to Caturra. The coffee tree is very majestic and the cherry fruit is the size of walnut Maragogype originated in Brazil is the largest number of coffee beans of all varieties commonly known as elephant beans. Variety Pacamara is one of the coffee urgently acquired by the world's top coffee industry a few years ago.
