What are the planting history and flavor characteristics of Panamanian Hartman wine in the sun? The characteristics of the variety?

Hartman wine tanning is launched for the second time this year. About half a year ago, the regiment was a single variety of Kaddura, while this time it was harvested by a mixture of Kaddura and Kaduai, with a slightly different geographical location. The regiment was joined by Volcan, a farm named Santa Clara, which is also the site of the Hartman processing plant in addition to growing coffee.

This time the beans and the internal packaging after opening, the beans on the raw bean plate can be seen as medium to small in Panama, and the lower right corner is the 13-14 production season. That was the first contact with Hartman, and I was deeply moved at that time. So the box has been retained to this day, and the flavor of the regiment is similar to that of the 13-14 season, but the flavor is deeper.

Flavor description: dry aromas with aromas of wine, blueberries, flowers, sweet mangoes, peaches and berries. On the palate, you can feel the dark fruit flavors of blackberries, berries and black plums, followed by sweet aromas of strawberries, passion fruit and mango with strong wine aromas, firm and full taste.

Hartman's quality is still stable and strong, it is really my favorite manor, the performance is still commendable, the aroma of fruit wine is more obvious than that of the last group, even a little sorghum flavor.

The average annual rainfall of the manor is 4500 mm, and the average temperature is 13 ℃ ~ 27 ℃. Hartmann Manor is named after the family name. (Luis) the founder of the manor Mr.Alois St. (Luis) was born in Czechoslovakia in 1891. At the beginning of the first World War, his mother decided to hide in the cabin and take him to PennsyIvania, USA. In 1911, when he was 20 years old, he traveled to Panama with friends. He decided to live here in Chiriqui, set up his first base in the virgin forest of the Candela area in 1912, and began to grow coffee. Currently inherited by the third generation of Ratibor, Ratibor's sons and daughters, Raibor and five other brothers work together to manage different affairs within the estate, and the whole family works together to continue Hartman Manor. Geisha is planted in an area up to 2100 meters high on the manor. Hartman Manor Coffee has always been one of the best in Panama, winning the Best of Panama in 2006. What is more, in order to protect the ecology of the forest, it is called shady coffee based on the principle of not felling and reclamation. It has been certified as bird-friendly and is a pioneer in the cultivation of environmentally friendly coffee in Panama.

At present, it is known that Hartman Manor is mainly bird-friendly and shady cultivation.

Be very careful in picking beans and baking. If you are not careful, you will fall from heaven to hell. Too much black is terrible.
