Vera Shaki (Villa Sarchi)
First found in Costa Rica in the 1960s, it comes from a natural mutant of the ancient bourbon (Bourbon).
The tree shape of Villa Sarchi is similar to that of Caturra and Pacas, but the leaves are luxuriant, the wind resistance is better, and the ripening period of coffee cherry is consistent, so it is suitable for planting in areas with high altitude, large temperature difference and strong wind from time to time. Villa Sarchi at high altitude has strong fruit tonality, soft acidity and special sweetness.
In recent years, it is often used in C.o.E. Won the prize in the cup test competition; it is quite suitable for shade planting, and it can be planted with high quality without very fertile soil, so it is an ideal way of natural planting.
