Finally came to this 70-year-old coffee farm in Costa Rica.

Because I like coffee very much, I love my dog and my dog, and I begin to wonder how this coffee is produced. This time we happened to come to Costa Rica, a well-known coffee exporter, where coffee exports alone accounted for 25% of the total exports, so of course we should seize the opportunity to come to this well-known 70-year-old coffee farm at an altitude of 1500 meters.

At present, the total population of Costa Rica is about 4.5 million, but there are nearly 400 million coffee trees planted here, so it is not hard to imagine how important this coffee business opportunity is to the local people.

2.70-year-old coffee farm-Doka Coffee Manor

From the foot of the mountain to this famous coffee farm. At first sight of the coffee farm, I thought it was really beautiful, with blue sky, white clouds and many coffee trees. Later, it was found that the Doka Estate has a history of 70 years since its opening and is owned by a well-known German family-Vargas. The entire coffee estate is about 600 acres and mainly produces high-quality Arabica beans.

As soon as I entered the manor, I was really moved to see the wooden sign printed with familiar English, but on the other hand, places with English also indicated that the consumption here would be relatively high.

3. Coffee beans are printed on the floor

In addition to the above beautiful wooden signs, there are also large coffee bean floors on the ground. Walking on this special coffee floor, without even drinking coffee, I thought it would be an impressive place.

4. Sunbathing coffee beans

I have only seen dried rice at my grandmother's house before, and this is the first time I have seen "dried coffee beans". However, the imagination of Khan is different, this kind of drying beans is not coffee-scented.

Feel that drying coffee beans is very similar to drying rice, both need to use manpower to constantly stir the beans, so that the beans will be dried more evenly.

Bending down to look at these coffee beans, there is a different feeling!

5. Full coffee beans

I still remember seeing that the coffee beans have been encapsulated before. This is the first time I have seen coffee beans growing on a tree. And you can see it at random in the manor.

In which month will so many coffee beans be harvested? After inquiry, it is found that the coffee harvest season of the manor is from November to February, when the manor will hire local people to harvest coffee, and the pickers will tie baskets around their waists and slowly harvest coffee beans. Each person can harvest about 30 blue a day, and a basket can earn two dollars, so it can be about 60 dollars a day.

After introducing the coffee harvest of the manor, let's take a look at the beautiful coffee beans of the manor.

In addition to the green coffee beans above, I inadvertently found this coffee tree full of colorful coffee beans. Coffee beans are evenly distributed on the branches, the weather is also very good that day, the sun shines, the whole color is really beautiful.

In addition, I seem to have seen this kind of coffee beans on the walls of Starbucks, but I didn't expect to have a chance to see it with my own eyes today.

In addition to the above two green coffee beans, there are also these more mature fiery red coffee beans. Almost all the coffee beans on this tree turn red, bright red! These coffee beans should be picked and baked, and then turn into delicious coffee. In addition, it is said that Doka coffee is very popular among Europeans. There is also the name of golden coffee!

6. Professional commentator

In fact, you need to charge US $22 to enter the Doka Coffee Manor, and when you pay the tickets, there will also be a professional guide to tour the estate, analyze the origin of each coffee, and show you a lot of coffee-making process.

I still remember that the professional tour guide in the photo introduced which kind of breakfast coffee is, and what kind of coffee can be added with milk. Kind of.

But this time when we came, it was not the time for the tour guide, so we didn't follow the guide. After entering the manor, we went for a walk at random. And then somehow, it seems that there is no need for tickets.

7. Coffee seedlings?

Later, when we were walking around the manor, we accidentally found these small bean sprouts, and later guessed that they were coffee seedlings and other plants. Oops! Did you want to buy one to go home and have a look at it?

8. Scenic Doka Manor-Love Tree, Giant Hydrangea

After enjoying the beautiful coffee beans and coffee trees, let's take a look at this beautiful manor. The trees in the manor were very big, and then the weather was super good. I couldn't help looking up, and I happened to see this tree that looked like a very loving tree.

There are also beautiful giant hydrangeas planted in the manor. I wonder if these hydrangeas are because the soil is particularly fertile. Or is it because of the variety? Every flower is bigger than my face!

All right! Look at this so much, let's end with this beautiful hydrangea photo! Here is full of coffee beans for the first time!
