Aricha is the name of a processing plant, located in Yegashafi, and many of the coffee on the market are named after Aricha.
The Aricha we introduce here refers to a coffee processing plant, which is a kind of sun-treated coffee, sweet, high-quality body~
The so-called sun exposure refers to the direct exposure of coffee without peeling and fermenting to remove the mucus layer of the fruit. The more advanced practice will be on a high net (to avoid bacteria on the ground and maintain good ventilation) the coffee will change from red fruit to dark brown after about two weeks. Then store for a period of time, and then remove the hard shell from the coffee. In the process, people need to stir and pick out defects on a regular basis. It is normal for a batch of beans to be dried for a month. So I often say that the best coffee is sun-dried beans, and of course the worst is sun-dried beans. Because of the poor practice, we directly find a square to bask in, there is no choice, and we don't waste as much water as washing, and we don't need to spend money to buy so much more equipment.
This batch is the first-class and the most labor-intensive (it takes a lot of manpower to choose). This coffee has a strong and powerful aroma, filling the room as soon as it is ground open, with a bright and sweet fruit aroma, especially citrus strawberries.
The wet aroma with hot water is the sweetness of fresh tea leaves and honey cream. The cup is super clean, melon, grape, a smell of flowers pervade the mouth, after the temperature drops, it tastes like longan cake, if baked a little deeper also has a unique flavor, more chocolate cocoa, cinnamon, star anise, pepper, smooth oil texture ~ incredible dream taste ~
