Flavor essay: intense aromas of wine, rum, wild berry jam, dried mango, papaya, black cherry chocolate cake, a hint of dried spices and cinnamon. Qianjie coffee recommends hand-brewed coffee.

Located in the central valley of Costa Rica, at the foot of the Poas Volcano volcano, Sonora Manor has seven different coffee tree varieties, including Bourbon, Red Catuai, Yellow Catuai, Venecia, Villa Sarchi, Villalobos and Geisha, and only produces honey-treated and sun-treated coffee. The manor covers an area of about 100 hectares, of which 45 hectares are coffee growing areas, and there are rich primary forests to provide good shade for coffee trees, another 35 hectares are wild forest reserves, and the rest of the land is mainly for planting sugarcane. High-quality environment and nutritious volcanic soil make the farm maintain a diversified ecosystem, and many different birds and wild animals inhabit the manor.

The processing equipment of the manor is built in the sugarcane factory in the center of the farm. Due to the complete use of honey treatment and sun treatment, the two treatments require more labor and post-processing time than traditional washing treatment. Each pound of raw coffee beans in the factory can also save 3 gallons of clean water, which also reflects Sonora Manor's emphasis on quality rather than weight. All the energy and electricity on the farm comes from self-built hydropower facilities and 100% renewable energy, which can be supplied to the equipment of the processing plant and the workers living on the farm.
