Mocha coffee (also known as mocha or mocha, which means chocolate Mocha in English) is a variety of Italian coffee coffee (Caf é Latt é). Like classic espresso, it is usually made of 1/3 Caff è Espresso and 2/3 milk foam, but it is usually mixed with a small amount of chocolate. Chocolate is usually added in the form of chocolate candy bars, but some coffee serving systems are replaced by instant chocolate powder. Sometimes, whipped cream, cocoa powder, and marshmallow are added to enhance the aroma of coffee and serve as lemonade.
Unlike the Italian Cappuccino, there is no whipped foam on the mocha. Instead, mocha coffee is usually topped with cream and cinnamon or cocoa powder. It is also possible to add sunflower powder to the surface as a preparation and add flavor.
There are several types of mochas: White mocha (White Cafe), which uses white chocolate instead of milk and dark chocolate. In addition to white mocha, some other varieties are mixed with several kinds of chocolate candy bars, sometimes called "Zebras" and sometimes comically called "tuxedo mocha" (Tuxedo Mocha).
Some places in Asia and Central Asia will use the term Moccaccino to describe espresso with cocoa or chocolate. In the United States, a mocha is an Italian cappuccino with chocolate.
The name of mocha coffee comes from the small mocha in Yimen. This place bought the export trade of coffee in the 15th century, especially for those destined for the Arab semi-tropical region.
Mocha is also a kind of "chocolate-colored" coffee beans (mocha from Yimen). These people have the dream of mixing chocolate in coffee and display chocolate coffee sauce. In Asia, "mocha coffee" may refer either to this ingredient or to coffee made from mocha beans.
