Coffee? Or flower and fruit tea?

If you turn all the coffee beans in Africa into a bouquet of flowers, Yirgacheffe should be the most beautiful and unique flower among them.

When it comes to Yega Xuefei, we have to explain his place of origin, Ethiopia. Yega Xuefei is not a kind of coffee, but coffee beans produced in a certain region of Ethiopia.

Also belongs to Arabica (Arabica) variety, Yegashafi is famous for its fruity and floral taste. To put it simply, it is a very sour coffee with a strong scented tea aroma.

Kochere is a small producing area about 25 kilometers southeast of Yejashafi. The coffee beans are harvested from local coffee farmers and are composed of a large number of small coffee farmers. This batch of Cochel is rated as G1 by ECX. It is excellent in appearance, consistency and freshness of raw beans to dry aroma and flavor. It is rich in aroma, with the characteristics of Yega Chuefei. It exudes elegant and charming floral fragrance, with sweet and sour aromas of floral, bright citrus sour, lemon, berry and honey. Jasmine, orange, caramel, grape, vanilla, honey and flower aromas, clean and balanced on the palate, with a long, lively and varied finish. The taste has the aroma that other coffee does not have and the taste of fruit scented tea. You can drink slightly sour high-quality coffee. It is also a relatively refreshing coffee, not mainly full-bodied, with obvious aroma and fruit aroma. Sometimes I don't know whether I'm drinking coffee or fruit tea after drinking it.

Cochel is located in a small producing area 25 kilometers southeast of Yegashev, Ethiopia. It is a rich area for coffee production. It is also one of the three famous and small producing areas of Yegashefi. It has about 100,000 local residents, and coffee beans are the main source of income. The processing and processing equipment in this area is very advanced.

Coffee Review, a well-known coffee evaluation website, gave Kocher a high rating of 94 points for washed beans.

Flavor description: cantaloupe, flower aroma, with some jasmine tea flavor and rich fruit flavor, temperature from warm to cool, multi-level and rich aroma changes, warm and moist finish long and lasting.

Yega Xuefei Kochel Kochere

The Kochere woreda district is very close to the town of Chalalacktu, in the Yegashefi producing area in southern Ethiopia. Cochel is one of the four sub-communities (Kochere, YirgaCheffe, Gelana Abaya and Wenago) under Yejashefi, with elevations between 1800 and 2200 meters above sea level, and almost all planting sites above 2000 meters, which can be said to be the highest small producing area in Yejari.

There are about 750 small-scale coffee farmers, each with an average farmland area of less than 1 hectare, about 1500 coffee trees, and each tree produces cherries equal to 100-200g raw beans. Most of the farming methods of small farmers are organic, but they are not officially certified. In addition to native Tibica, which was transplanted from the virgin forest to farmers, there are also some improved varieties, commonly referred to as Ethiopian native species. After being harvested in the mountains, cherries are sent to a washing plant at a lower altitude for treatment. The washing plant that deals with this bean pays two or three times more than the average washing factory to buy cherries from farmers.

The production level of the washing plant is very high, first removing the pulp and peel from the outside of the fruit (pulped), then putting the fruit into the flow ditch to eliminate the defective beans by density screening, followed by fermentation, washing, and finally drying in the sun on the viaduct.

Kochel District is a very excellent quality coffee in Yega Sheffieli, with a native variety of coffee and iron-rich soil. Coffee shows active citrus acid, floral aroma, sweet and silky taste, Yega's unique spice flavor and complex fruit flavor. Cochell has become the first choice for coffee lovers on the bean list.
