This is an orthodox native species of Rosa Coffee from Ethiopia, the hometown of coffee. When we received the sample, we were immediately attracted by its variety and wondered whether its flavor and taste lived up to its name.

This Rose Summer Coffee comes from the Jinlana processing Station in the Yegashafi region, which was established in 2014. it is located at the confluence of Kochel and Glena Abaya in Yegashefi, under the charge of the landowner Mr. Israel Degefa. The area where the treatment station is located covers an area of up to 700ha of coffee, mostly in the uncultivated rainforest, with fertile soil and shade trees. This batch of rose summer is picked by hand, and the fresh coffee fruit is sent to the scaffolding bed for sun drying, which takes about 14-20 days according to the weather conditions.
