This Antigua Guatemala Branch comes from the collaboration of two processing plants, namely Bella Vista and Hacienda Carmona. Both processing plants are located in Antigua and belong to the same boss, Luis Pedro Zelaya, the fourth generation of the coffee family. The Luis family has more than 100 years of experience in coffee processing and the accumulation of agricultural planting technology, which is particularly valuable for Luis.

In the □ international boutique coffee market, there are two items named after the Flower God, both from the Antigua producing area of Guatemala, one belonging to La Folie of Bella Carmona and the other of La Flor del Cafe belonging to Raminita. Bella Carmona Manor is located in the south of Antigua, the most famous coffee producing area in Guatemala, at an altitude of about 1500-1650m. The name 'Bella Carmona'' is formed by the merger of two family farms, Hacienda Bellavista and Carmona, with an area of about 100ha. It is a small and medium-sized high-quality estate specializing in the production of fine coffee. Its important brand'La Folie' 'varieties are mainly bourbon and Kaddura.

□ The Antigua Bella Carmona comes from one of Guatemala's most beautiful and captivating valleys, Antigua. This region's rich volcanic soil and cool weather provide the perfect conditions to produce one of the world's best coffees. Bella Carmona is a blend of peak of the harvest cherries that come from the some of the best farms in Antigua to then be processed at Beneficio Bella Vista, owned by the Zelaya family. The Zelaya family has been producing coffee for decades, and their experience really shows in every cup. This mill uses traditional washing and sun-drying processes. Bella Carmona has strong chocolate notes, a bright and fine acidity with orange and lemon notes. It offers an exquisite roundness and pleasant mouth-feel, which can satisfy the most demanding palates.
