Not all Jamaican coffee can be called Blue Mountain. Only coffee grown at a specific altitude in the Blue Mountain will have a velvety touch and balance. When we tested the Blue Mountain G1 from Stoney Manor, we drank the obvious blueberry flavor. It was indeed a surprise, so the roasting degree was adjusted accordingly.
