More than 300000 coffee farmers in Brazil grow 2,200,000 hectares of coffee in eleven states across the country (Brazil is a large country, like the United States, with administrative districts divided by states). The following is a summary of the main producing areas and production: Minas is located in the south of the country. Minas is the largest coffee producing state in Brazil, producing almost all Arabica coffee, and Minas accounts for 50% of Brazil's total production.

Minas has four major Brazilian coffee producing areas, and many boutique coffees are also produced in the state, namely, South Minas (most of the boutiques purchased by Osher come from smaller areas of the region), Hiharto, Shaparda and Matas. The state of Estepirito Santo has the second largest coffee production in Brazil, and the Robusta species accounts for the largest in Brazil. The producing area is mainly in the northern part of the state. Due to the warm climate, the name of the producing area is Conilon San Esp í rito. Arabica species are produced in the south of the state, and the coffee producing area of Brazil is Mount Holy Spirit. The main supply target is the Brazilian domestic market, the export port is Victoria, and some boutique beans are exported.

The state of Sao Paulo is a traditional Brazilian coffee producing area, and there are mainly two producing areas in the state, one is Mochiana, which is quite high above sea level and has excellent boutique coffee plantations, and the other is the central and western part of Paulista, where there are traditional coffee plantations with large yields of Brazilian machinery harvesting, as well as small-scale farms.

Sandoz, a famous Brazilian coffee region, is located in the state of Sao Paulo, where 2/3 of Brazil's raw beans are exported. Bahia is located in the state of northeastern Brazil, the overall climate of Bahia is relatively hot, there are two major coffee producing areas to produce Arabica species, namely, the Bahia Plateau and Siladoia, but in the high altitude Shapada Diamantina District, there are very good boutiques. Osher bid for the outstanding cup champion Green Gold Manor and the winning Ganhe Manor, that is, from this area. Robusta species are also produced in the southern part of the state. Panama State before Brazil's largest coffee production area, located in the south, coffee production is not as good as it used to be, but is gradually restoring the coffee planting area, because of the cooler climate, only planted Arabica and mostly peeled and dried.
