In the leisurely afternoon, participants began to experience the peeling of raw coffee beans, the process of hand-roasting coffee beans and the evaluation of coffee beans. In the small coffee estate, there is a strong aroma of coffee in the air, and participants enjoy the organic coffee carefully cooked by the owner, paired with handmade dark chocolate brownies. The event was attended by friends from Chiayi and Miaoli, and participants who did not know each other got closer after the workshop, and the tone of talking and laughing continued to reverberate in the Xintian valley.
After a relaxing feast, as the owner promoted the concept of organic health and gained the trust of the participants in experiencing and tasting organic coffee, they bought coffee, coffee crust, persimmon, Haotan rice and Xuanmi from the owner one after another. Through the experiential workshop, we can understand and identify with the creativity and management ideas of small farmers from the understanding of coffee beans, the source of production and the experience of personal baking.
