Green label batch (Single Terroir) is still one of the main series of raw beans issued under the name of Rose Summer Village Manor, and it is also the cheapest of all the main series. The original text of the green label series is expressed in Single Terroir, which succinctly points out the focus of this series. Like all the products of the main series, the green label series still has complete traceability information of 'varieties' & 'planting plots', so it is called Single Terroir.

In the internal grading system of Ruoxia Coffee in Ruoxia Village, the green label batch flavor still has the characteristics of variety and plot, but in the internal cup test, it is considered that the flavor is slightly weaker than the gold standard and red standard batch. But this is the point, as we know, each market has different preferences for flavor, and it is still relatively early in terms of time for internal cup testing and grading, and many potential beans have not yet reached their full potential.

And why there is a saying that the bean baker can bake his own characteristics is different. Of course, this is possible. just like Pu'er tea, not all of them taste the same. Even if they don't tell the year, they will tell which tea they produce. Wuyishan tea is not all of the same taste, so the bean baker can show his own style through the difference of baking curve and machine professionalism in the process of baking beans.

And beans with a perfect score of 90 are only likely to be baked into 10 points. Roasted coffee may be defective, it may be overroasted and produce a bad taste, or it may be that the beans, moldy beans, or foreign objects other than beans are not properly checked before roasting. It may greatly reduce the taste of the baked product, and in serious cases, the whole pot will fail.
