FINCA PIEDRA GRANDE-OLGER OBANDO
Olger is a 46-year-old Ecuadorian coffee grower. Four years ago, on a family outing, he discovered the wonderful world of coffee on a quiet road in the province of Inbabula.
He began the adventure in a secluded place in the Coraz ó n de Guadual community, surrounded by mountains, rivers and broad forests, where he discovered the art of growing, producing and harvesting small and powerful beans with a unique flavor. He never thought the world was so fascinating, and there was much to explore. His best experiences on the farm were the beautiful sunset he shared with his family, the loneliness of nature, the orange clouds with a breeze, and the aroma of freshly roasted coffee surrounded by a campfire. The satisfaction of the first sip of ancestral drinks is indescribable. He wants people to experience the same pleasure when tasting coffee and to be aware of the efforts that produce this quality. He also wants the world to know that Piedra Grande Farm-and the results of this biodiversity land in pursuit of the best coffee-his family and himself have realized their dreams, efforts and love.
