Guatemala

Guatemala is famous for producing fruity coffee beans and was rated as the largest coffee producer in Central America for most of the 20th and 21st centuries. Among them, Antigua is a famous producing area of coffee. Rich volcanic soil, low humidity and strong sunlight are the characteristics of Antigua. Three active volcanoes, ── Agua, Jacques and Fuego, form a beautiful valley. Every 30 years or so, the area near Antigua is hit by a volcanic eruption, which provides more nitrogen to the already fertile land, and plenty of rainfall and sunlight make the place more suitable for growing coffee. Antigua coffee is produced in Camana Manor, where the best quality coffee is Alpka, which is not only of good quality, but also quite complete when compared with other Latin American coffees. Guatemala Antigua coffee is also called "cigarette coffee" because of its rich and rich taste and unique charcoal-burning flavor.

Indonesia

Indonesia is made up of many islands, of which Sumatra, Bali, Java and Sulawesi are the four largest. Coffee beans grown in Sumatra are musty and earthy; coffee grown in Sulawesi is sour and fruity; Java coffee is weak; and Balinese coffee has obvious sweet and nutty flavors. Coffee produced on other small islands is generally rich in fat and moderate in acidity.

Indonesia is an area where cheap coffee and boutique coffee coexist. Mass-produced coffee gives people the impression that the overall standard of local coffee is on the low side. In fact, Indonesian boutique coffee has always enjoyed a high reputation in the international market. The famous Kopi Luwak is typical of Indonesian coffee, a rare coffee that produces only 500lb a year. And because the raw materials of coffee are difficult to obtain, the production process is extremely complex, and it has to go through strict sanitary procedures, Kopi Luwak has become one of the most expensive coffee.

Manning coffee is roasted deeply, so it is more bitter and sweet than other coffees. When steamed in a siphon coffee pot, the coffee tastes light but still has Mantenin's unique bitterness; if you use a mocha pot, the coffee brewed will wrap around the tip of the tongue for a long time in addition to bitterness and sweetness.

The front street suggests that Manning coffee should be brewed:

KONO/88 ℃ / 1 14 / time one minute and fifty seconds

Flavor: herbs, chocolates, nuts
