The Carvalho Dias family, a founding member of the Brazilian Fine Coffee Association, has operated the Queen's Manor since 1890. Gabriel de Carvalho Dias, the nephew of the owner, is now in charge of management. The estate is close to Minas Gerais, with a high and rolling slope, and cannot be harvested by mechanized farming due to geographical constraints. Coffee planting and picking is carried out entirely manually.

It is located between 1100 and 1500 meters above sea level, with an average annual rainfall of 1800 to 2000 mm and an average annual temperature of about 19 degrees Celsius, which is an ideal condition for coffee growing. the raw bean is solid and has a good flavor. Flavor narration
