Panamanian coffee flavor-medium mellow taste and unique aroma

Although Panama is geographically adjacent to Costa Rica, Colombia and other countries, the aroma of Panamanian coffee is very unique, balanced and rich, and it has a light but sweet acidity and moderate pure thickness. for high-quality boutique coffee producing areas! Among them, geisha coffee has attracted worldwide attention. In terms of flavor, experts' comments are rich aromas of citrus, jasmine, almonds and mangoes, sweet nectar, and bright and changeable acidity.

Lamastus produces these manor coffee on three different farms in Boquete, Panama.

El Burro Estate,Luito Geisha Estates and Elida Estate. These three kinds of manor coffee are located in the highest part of the country, in the steep hills of Mount Baru, one of the highest volcanoes in Central America. El Burro Estate lies between 5200 and 6500 feet (1.575 to 2000 meters) above sea level, and Elida Estate is the tallest coffee farm in Panama between 5500 and 8200 feet (1.700 to 2.500 meters) above sea level.

The Arabica coffee grown on these estates is rich in deep young volcanic soil and is kept in the best conditions to develop the best quality coffee that trees can produce. Cherries are carefully selected and strictly fully ripe by local Ngobe-Bugle Indians in areas where our main goal is to maintain the most pristine and natural conditions. The coffee is then treated most carefully to maintain its strong flavor in three different processing methods (natural, washing and honey). Then, choose the coffee carefully and rest for 60 to 100 days (depending on the process) in a sack on the wooden floor, then exported directly by the Lamastus family.

On these estates, there is an area of 6000 feet only, where coffee is grown (Panamanian coffee cannot be grown more than 6000 feet above sea level) and the other part is an ecological reserve, located in Volcano Baru National Park, where you can go birdwatching and see many beautiful plants, animals and birds, including Quetzal.

Due to the high altitude areas where coffee is grown, coffee beans are very dense, uniform, mild, medium, rich in aroma and high in acidity. These manor coffee is considered to be one of the best in the world.

Flavor description: strawberry, floral, mixed with a little dried lime, sipping rich tropical fruits such as passion fruit, cantaloupe, mango, etc., with a hint of wine at the end, rich texture, meticulous and elegant
