Carmen Manor Coffee is a family-based coffee estate. Has always been to provide high-quality coffee and the principle of environmental protection to grow coffee.

In 1950, Efrain and Carmen Franceschi began to cultivate Arabica coffee varieties on their estate. Today, about 1200 bags (60 kg each) of unique high-quality raw coffee beans are produced each year in our only manor and processing plant. Our estate is located in a volcanic valley at an altitude of 1750 meters (5600 ft).

This valley is a very important place in Panama because it has volcanic soil and good shade. The farm is ECO- OK environmentally friendly coffee certified by the Rainforest Alliance (Rainforest Alliance) Association.

Planting in accordance with strict agricultural standards: 1. Ecosystem protection II. Protection of wildlife 3. Pest management 4. Soil and water conservation 5. Joint management of waste 6. Protection of natural water sources

7. The contact of farmers 8. Fair treatment and good conditions 9. Contact with farmers and environmental planning and monitoring, coffee fruits are manually harvested by Nobes natives from late December to March during the dry weather season. Every day, as soon as the bright red coffee fruit is picked, it will be sent to the processing plant and disposed of immediately. Wait until the exit to remove the sheepskin and then you can export it.

Carmen Manor is also one of the best estates in Panama, the winner of Panama's annual coffee competition. The estate is located in the Baru Volcano Valley in the Chiriqui region northwest of Panama and Costa Rica. It is about 1700 meters above sea level. There are nearly 3 primeval forests, cool, frost-free, dry and sunny. It is a Rainforest Alliance Rainforest Alliance certified coffee plantation. The rich volcanic black soil in the manor area is one of the main reasons for the production of high-quality Arabica coffee beans. Carmen Manor has grown high-quality Arabica coffee for more than 50 years, and its current owner, Mr. Carlos Aguilera Carlos, is the third generation, a company founded by his grandparents in 1960. At present, Carmen Manor produces about 1200 bags (60 kg each) of high-quality coffee.
