Lanshan No.1 coffee variety

The most traditional Blue Mountain Coffee is Iron pickup Coffee. Blue Mountain Iron Card was transplanted from Martinique to Blue Mountain in Jamaica in the 1820s. After more than 200 years, Blue Mountain Iron pickup has evolved better disease resistance, especially better resistance to fruit rot than ordinary iron pickup. But planted in the blue mountain iron card across the planting area of 1000-1700, it will not be able to replicate its sweet and fragrant characteristics.

How to make Blue Mountain Coffee?

Qianjie uses the most traditional washed Blue Mountain Iron pickup Coffee for brewing demonstration. Parameters: 15g coffee powder, the ratio of powder to water is 1:13 (the ratio of powder to liquid is about 1:11), the water temperature is 88 ℃, the degree of grinding: the passing rate of standard sieve 20 is 60%.

Cooking technique: 30 grams of water for steaming for 30 seconds, and then small water center slowly circle outward injection of 100 grams, that is, the electronic scale shows 130 grams. Then when the powder layer drops to 1 stroke, 65 grams of water is injected into 2 places, reaching a total of 195 grams of water.
