In almost every boutique coffee shop, you can see a cup of coffee called "Yirgacheffe", with the attractive slogan "Yega entrance, flowers in full bloom".
In Sidamo province in southwestern Ethiopia, where the world coffee originated, there is a small town called Yejasuefei, 1700-2100 meters above sea level. This plateau town has been a wetland since ancient times. In "Yirgacheffe", "cheffe" means "wetland" and "Yirga" means "settling down". A long time ago, the ancestors came to this mild climate, fertile soil, no heat of the four seasons to settle down and create their lives.
Yejia Xuefei, which is in full bloom, gives birth to magical coffee beans full of flower scent, intoxicating coffee lovers all over the world. Now, it produces coffee called "Yega Xuefei", which has become synonymous with Ethiopian boutique coffee.

Yega Xuefei is located in the middle of the Sidamo producing area, and it is separated separately because of its unique flavor. In addition to the small town of Yega Xuefei, it also includes three by-product areas around Wenago, Kochere, Gelena and Abaya.
In the new Yega Sheffield rating system, YirgacheffeA, WenagoA, KochereA and Gelena/AbayaA will be more expensive than B of the same name. Because with A, it means Yejia has its own traditional flavor.

Yejashafi is located in the northwest of the Sidamo producing area, a small town called Yirga. Surrounded by the small town, the plateau coffee-producing village, which is 1700-2100 meters above sea level, is a high-altitude coffee-producing area in Ethiopia.

This Yega Chuefei is an excellent water washing G1, which makes the flavor more clean and clear. After baking, raw beans show the most commendable aromas of lemon and jasmine, with honey-like sweetness in the finish, jasmine and citrus aromas, mixed with honey and tea, clean and soft on the palate.
