Introduction to the farm:

Grass Manor is committed to specialty coffee, through organic certification to adjust and practice the non-toxic and quality of the product. Fifty years ago, the farm plot was a fertile land in the Chicamocha Canyon in the Santander area, but now it has become a 100-hectare forest to provide shade for more than 10 organically grown coffee varieties.
