This batch of washing Hidamo comes from the Santa Veni treatment station, which was built in 2004, with an altitude of 1950 meters and covers an area of more than 260mu. It is one of the more advanced treatment plants of DWD in the Sidamo production area, about 40 minutes' drive from the center of the town of Santa Vini.
All red fruits are produced in the middle and later stages of the growing season, about early December to early January, ensuring that the fresh fruits come from higher elevations, about 2000 meters, and the fresh fruits are washed on the same day as they are picked. As the time for fresh fruits to arrive at the treatment plant is usually in the afternoon, most of the washing treatment process is carried out in the evening, and the fresh coffee fruit is peeled and peeled by machine. Enter the fermentation tank for 36 to 48 hours before washing, and then put it on the African scaffolding to dry for about 8 ~ 10 days. When the water content is reduced to 12%, it will be placed in the storage and shelled and graded before export.
