Ethiopia Kochere Hama

Kochere is located in the southwest of Yirgacheffe town, near Chelelek tu, a small village in Gedeo district. Using an eco-pulper, which depilates with minimal water, the coffee is neither washed nor heaped for fermentation, but taken directly from the depilator to a drying table where staff actively spin the coffee regularly to ensure it dries evenly. They call it the "Tej process"-similar to honey craft coffee.

This coffee has the best washed and naturally processed coffee, with a subtle viscosity and fruity sweetness, as well as moderate levels of citric and malic acids.
