Front Street-introduction to Columbia's Linglong Coffee
Nalinglong micro-batch is a coffee cultivated in the coffee producing area in the north of Nari?o province. It has beautiful shape and low defect rate, and the raw beans are exquisite, small and uniform in size, so that they are named after their place of origin. Nalinglong's volcanic soil characteristics give coffee beans bright acidity, berries with citrus acidity, coupled with sweet notes, citrus and caramel flavors.
Colombia's mild climate, humid air, and diverse climate make it a harvest season all year round, with different kinds of coffee ripening at different times. What they grow is Arabica coffee beans of unique quality, and the coffee made from this coffee bean has a rich taste and endless aftertaste, which can be called fine coffee.
The sour, bitter and sweet flavors of Colombian premium coffee match just right. Unique fragrance, after drinking, the aroma fills the whole mouth. Exhale the aroma from the mouth again from the nose, the smell is very full.
The province of Narino is located in the southwest of Colombia, bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west and neighboring Ecuador (Ecuador) to the south, the Andes Mountains run through the province, where there are magnificent mountains and beautiful scenery, and many rivers flow south through the region, belonging to Colombia's alpine coffee growing area, giving birth to many small farmers of fine coffee. Nalinglong province produces a total of about 150000 bags a year, while only about 6000 bags belong to selected beans.
Taminango is located in the valley of Narino province, 1800m above sea level, and each farmer has no more than three hectares of coffee plantation. Therefore, coffee cultivation in this area is a very traditional way to grow coffee, especially the use of full sun-drying to deal with coffee beans. Taminango coffee trees are planted with banana trees and flowing streams (Shaded), and because they are grown with these fruit trees, no special chemical fertilizers are needed. Because of this, his output is only 500 packs per month (during the production season).
