6. Steaming: wait for the coffee powder to stop expanding and appear pores for about 30 seconds, by which time some extract may have been filtered out.
7. Second water injection and steaming: after the end of steaming, start the second water injection, and steam again, pay attention to less water than the first time, the time is shorter about 10 seconds.
8. The third water injection: after the end of the second steaming, repeat the circle outward from the center, continuously and evenly inject water. The speed of coffee extraction should be carefully observed in the process of water injection. if the speed is too slow, it represents the deposition of coffee powder, it can be washed away with a strong water column, and then continue to inject water evenly until the extracted coffee reaches the originally set amount of water.
9. Remove the filter cup: when the amount of coffee extraction is sufficient, after stopping the water injection, when the water level in the filter cup is not lower than the coffee powder, remove the filter cup, do not wait until the water has completely flowed, because it is easy to sink the filter cup into the coffee powder deposit at the bottom, so that the bitter taste of the coffee is extracted.
